Setting up Office 365 Part 1

This article is part of my migration from my old Office 365 to my new Microsoft 365 Tenant. It is also about setting up Office 365, the other Microsoft 365 topics will follow later. I also have written this article intentionally so that it can also be used for setup outside of a migration scenario.

List of different Group Policy Templates (Updated)

Active Directory Group Policy Object (GPO) is one of my core topics. I have a lot to do with it in various projects and as a Microsoft trainer. I have collected some templates and links. This link collection should make your search a little easier. Only templates of the vendors or of the projects are listed here. I have consciously avoided third-party policies.

Migration from an Office 365 to a new Microsoft 365 Tenant – The approaches to migration

As MCT, I have a developer tenant for Office 365, and this year we are finally getting access to the Microsoft 365 function, i.e. Enterprise Mobility and Security. The Microsoft Cloud and Data Protection

Since the GDPR / DSVGO introduction, the topic of data protection, privacy and compliance is still a topic with which many lawyers still earn money. The problem, in my opinion, the technical reality distance with that the whole was designed. Not to be kept silent of the fact that the exceptions to the law were not delivered equally. But all this does not help us, we have to follow it. But I would not like to hold up you too much with my personal opinion to the GDPR. We look at ourselves what Microsoft offers us at tools.
