This time an article slightly outside the Microsoft world. This time there is an excursion into monitoring and the monitoring of web servers under Linux. Some know this, nothing is worse than when the website you want to visit is not reachable. Since this happened to me 2 times in 2 days, the web server has hung up and I could not find the error, something had to be done.

Properly secure and document group policies
It’s been some time since I started working on the first basic version of the script in August 2014, and posted about it on CONET’s blog. This first version came to just 6 lines of code without the header. Since then a lot has happened and the script has grown in the TechNet Gallery. Time for a new article about the script and its function.
